At 3D Printing, we stand by the quality of our additive manufacturing hardware and filaments; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all printers and scanners are returned in their original packaging with all included components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original factory box, including all nozzles, tools, and power cables, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and reset the firmware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
