Flame Retardant ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) Filament

Designed for demanding environments where safety and fire resistance are critical, our Flame Retardant ABS filament is made from high-grade PA-764(+) thermoplastic. It delivers the same strength and durability as traditional ABS, with the added benefit of certified flame retardant properties, making it an ideal choice for applications such as electrical enclosures, automotive components, and industrial fixtures.

Certified Flame Resistance

Tested to meet UL94 Flame Rating V-0 and 5VB at 1.5 mm, this filament offers reliable protection against flame spread and ignition. It also achieves Hot-Wire Ignition PLC1 (UL746), further verifying its resistance to ignition from thermal or electrical sources.

Thermal Performance

With a printing temperature starting at 230°C and a heated bed requirement of 110°C, this material is engineered to deliver excellent thermal stability and maintain form under heat. It's well-suited for outdoor and high-temperature environments where typical filaments may fail.

Note: As with standard ABS, printing in a well-ventilated area or using an enclosure with filtration is advised to manage any fumes released during printing.
